  • Posted on Wednesday 5th, December 2018.

Brake system supplier, Air Brake Corporation, has reinforced its sales team in Victoria with the appointment of Business Development Manager, Adam Woltanski.

For the past seven years, Woltanski has worked in Shanghai, China, in senior leadership roles and was responsible for major multinational companies.

“The experience gained working with mature and developing markets provided a dynamic learning platform,” said Woltanski.

“Global mega trends such as autonomous driving, connectivity and big data are transforming the global industry. The importance of Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) is not forgotten. The above opportunities will challenge us all, and they are exciting. I have been fortunate enough to be part of this amazing industry for over 22 years,” he said.

Returning to Australia and joining Air Brake Corporation is a perfect fit, according to Woltanski.

“Air Brake Corporation has been renowned for leadership and innovation within the Australian heavy vehicle industry for over 30 years, most importantly doing this with integrity,” he said. “Innovations, integrity, customer centricity are values that I hold dearly; these values are shared with Air Brake Corporation.”

National Sales Manager, Brendan Dullard, said that Air Brake Corporation is continually investing in people and infrastructure to ensure the demands for tomorrow are met today.

“A new 1,000-square-metre facility in Melbourne will provide significant lead-time reductions ensuring customer service levels are best in class,” said Dullard. “Air Brake Corporation is poised for growth as the foundation is laid to ensure another 30 years of market leading performance keeping the customer at the core,” he said.

“I am honoured and humbled to return to Australia and add value to this amazing industry and be part of the Air Brake Corporation team,” said Woltanski.
