Transport and logistics operator, Centurion, confirmed this week that it will be sending its 100th module to Rio Tinto in Western Australia as part of an ongoing contract.

“The 100th module departed our Perth facility headed for the Rio Tinto Western Australia Yandicoogina mine site in the Pilbara region of WA,” Centurion said in a statement.

“Centurion is contracted to supply the 730E, 850E and 930E modules/wheel motors. Modules like this one are used to replace the engines on Komatsu Australia dump trucks.”

Earlier this month, The Drake Group delivered a 10x8 steerable to Rio Tinto painted in Beyond Blue colours to help raise awareness of mental disorders including depression.
