Melbourne-based transport company Dyers Distribution has reported a 'fault free' year of operation from its first Mitsubishi Pegasus Multi unit.
The unit is fitted to one of the company's older 13.7m Maxi-CUBE reefers, and runs a mix of fresh and frozen groceries from a large supermarket chain's Distribution Centre in Laverton, to stores based in Melbourne metro, country Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
According to Dyers Distribution Director, Scott Dyer, the unit has had zero issues throughout its operation, and is performing 'above expectations'.
"I've never had a refrigeration system on that trailer that could pull down to temperature as quickly, and maintain the temperature zones so easily," said Dyer.
"The Mitsubishi Pegasus is a premium quality product that is reliable with great back up and support from QTRS. The sales service from QTRS has been exceptional and the Mitsubishi Pegasus Multi unit is reliably performing to expectation, so we're certainly looking at installing more across the fleet."
