MaxiTRANS introduces MaxiASSIST

  • Posted on Monday 13th, May 2019.

Trailer builder, MaxiTRANS, has announced the rollout of onsite servicing and 24/7 trailer breakdown support service, MaxiASSIST.

MaxiASSIST is reportedly available for scheduled on-site servicing.

“MaxiASSIST’s on-site servicing capability is designed to provide customers with a significant increase in uptime,” said MaxiTRANS General Manager Service, Gary Buchanan.

“MaxiASSIST can conduct the service at the customer’s facility so drivers can focus on other deliveries, giving our customers greater flexibility,” he said.

Scheduled on-site servicing and repairs is available to customers within the greater areas of Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide between 7am and 5pm.

In addition to providing on-site servicing, MaxiASSIST will also respond to calls should customers require trailer breakdown support at any time, any day 24/7, via its network of mobile trailer mechanics.

“It’s about being where we’re needed, when we’re needed, so our customers can keep their freight and our economy moving,” said Buchanan.

“That’s what MaxiASSIST is all about. It’s another demonstration of MaxiTRANS’ ongoing commitment to providing customers with safer, more efficient and reliable transport solutions,” he said.

MaxiASSIST is available for all transport operators not just MaxiTRANS customers, according to Buchanan.

“MaxiASSIST will service all brands of commercial trailers to get drivers back on the road and continue on doing what they do best,” he said.

For emergency trailer breakdown support or to schedule an on-site service, customers can contact MaxiASSIST on 1300 247 629.

Additionally, MaxiTRANS’ in-house service professionals will be available on the MaxiTRANS stand (stand 49) at the 2019 Brisbane Truck Show to discuss this new service program and how businesses can benefit from partnering with MaxiTRANS.
