Melbourne fleet trials tipper liner

Melbourne-based bulk transport company, Killarney Lakes Transport, has found substantial efficiency gains from its trial of the QuickSilver tipper liner.

According to Killarney Lakes Transport Driver, Mark Cartlidge, the slippery tipper liner helps him deliver sticky cargo like asphalt without needing to hose down the tipper bed.

“Previously, cargo like asphalt would leave a mess in the older trailers that the team would need to manually clean out before the driver could load again with a different materials," Cartlidge said.

"The process was time-consuming and meant that tippers were often designated for specific freight tasks only to prevent cross-contamination.

“The E-Plas QuickSilver lining offers drivers more options when it comes to organising the next load, which is something freight operators look for in terms of value.”
