PTW unveils Chao Yang tyres at 2012 ITTES

  • Posted on Thursday 15th, March 2012.

For tyre importer-warehousing and distribution company Premium Tyre Wholesale (PTW), day one of the 2012 International Truck, Trailer and Equipment Show (ITTES) has already provided the perfect breeding ground for showcasing their Performance Based Standard (PBS)-tested tyre – Chinese premier brand Chao Yang.

“The feedback we’ve been getting has been great,” says Wayne Hicks, PTW’s National OEM & Sales Manager of the Victorian-based company. “The beauty of the Show is that we are able to touch base with a lot of people that we normally wouldn’t run into on a daily basis. We’ve also got a couple of renowned trailer manufacturers displaying our new Chao Yang tyre on their vehicles, such as Rhino and CIMC.

“The positive reactions we are receiving here at the stand show that supplying PBS-tested tyres is absolutely crucial in the current climate if you don’t want to miss out,” Wayne continues. “There’s no substitute for quality when you offer a PBS-tested tyre. Number one, it’s stronger and more durable than any other tyre, featuring four full belts under the tread. Two, it can carry more load; and three, the construction of the casings will protect it against impact and scuffling damage.”

Until Saturday, PTW will give customers an opportunity to win $4000 worth of ChaoYang truck tyres at their ITTES stand in the Nicholas Pavilion (NP264). Conditions of promotion will be posted at PTW’s stand with the major prize being a set of 12 ChaoYang trailer tyres either the 11r22.5 CR960A- 11r22.5 CR926D- 255/70r22.5 or the 275/70R22.5 CR976A. “All that customers needs to do is leave their business card with their company details at the stand and they will go into the running for chance to win,” says Wayne.

The ChaoYang tyre promotion will be drawn at 2pm on Saturday.
