SAF-Holland to push PBS benefits in Brisbane

  • Posted on Thursday 18th, May 2017.

Transport equipment provider, SAF-Holland, says it will focus heavily on promoting the benefits of Performance-Based Standards (PBS) when the 2017 Brisbane Truck Show gets under way next week.

“The Show will demonstrate how much value SAF-Holland can add to Australian transport businesses,” said SAF-Holland Australia Managing Director, Nick Stavrakis.

“We will have dedicated product experts for every market segment on the stand. With the focus on productivity we will have our new PBS expert, Adam Ritzinger, and our new in-house EBS expert, Peter Verde, advising how EBS can improve performance.”

Alongside its extensive existing product range, SAF-Holland will also showcase new products, including an aluminium drum axle, a 12-tonne outboard drum with compact bearings, a double-row ball race equipped with Centrolube, and the new Intradisc, the lightest disc brake in its class.

“We’ve invested heavily into adapting the innovative equipment seen at the IAA Show for the Australian market and are proud to premiere some of it at the Show,” Stavrakis said.
