Toll aims aims to improve gender equality across its business and continue to support more female drivers globally – including in Thailand via female driver program.

“We continue to drive gender equity throughout our recruitment processes and review our pay equity annually,” said Toll.

“Within the leadership team, we now have 26 per cent female representation and within our graduate program, we have mandated a 50:50 gender split.

“Although the logistics industry has been historically male dominated, we are always committed to empowering woman and supporting their growth as female leaders in the supply chain and logistics industry.”

In other news, Toll responded to an urgent bushfire request and has achieved an Australia first with the opening of a carbon-neutral facility.
