Truckline to host free breakfast at Wetherill Park

  • Posted on Friday 8th, June 2018.

Truckline store Wetherill Park in New South Wales is shouting customers and community members a free breakfast on 15 June.

Having recently won Truckline’s ‘Branch of the Year’ award, the team is keen to stay ahead of the curve and running events that allow customers and staff to come together in a social setting is just one of their initiatives.

The Wetherill Park team is looking forward to teaching customers the latest in product development and listening to their priorities and requirements in truck and trailer parts. It’s also a chance to say thank you to customers for their ongoing support.

In addition to enjoying a free coffee and a bacon and egg roll, visitors will meet experienced staff from Ryco Filters and from Australia’s leading automotive lighting company, Narva. Both teams will be on site to discuss the latest technology in their fields.

Truckline Wetherill Park is one of 23 Truckline stores around Australia, and all Truckline staff pride themselves on building partnerships with their customers. According to Truckline’s NSW Territory Business Manager, Matthew Malakou, it is this focus on partnerships that ensures customers get the right part at the right price – no mean feat when there’s access to 77,000 products, including parts for American, European and Japanese trucks.

“At Truckline, the customer is at the core of everything we do, which is easy when we work in such a great industry. The breakfast is our way of thanking customers for their support, and also a good opportunity to bring customers and staff together in a social setting,” said Malakou, who adds that this allows customers to take time out of their busy day and hear the latest in product development.

“We are fully committed to providing advanced high-quality products, such as Ryco and Narva, and educating customers about the latest developments to ensure their truck stays on the road, not in the workshop,” he said.

It is this commitment that has led to Wetherill Park’s recent “Branch of the Year” win.

“Their success is underpinned by great customer relationships. Truckline provides unrivalled service and Wetherill Park does a fantastic job of identifying the best solutions for their customers. With 92% of stock held in-store, Wetherill Park, and all Truckline stores, have some of the best part availability in the business. Customers can then rely on staff expertise to identify and source the part that’s right for them,” said Malakou.

“In the end, every good relationship needs a coffee once in a while. We are looking forward to catching up with customers for breakfast and also hope to see lots of our local community members and fellow businesses.”
