Container logistics operator, ACFS Port Logistics, has acquired IPS Logistics Group’s (IPS) Port of Brisbane operation.
Since 1997, IPS has grown its footprint at the Port of Brisbane to 54,000 square metres of warehousing and 16,000 square metres of container-rated hardstand.
ACFS Port Logistics CEO and Managing Director, Arthur Tzaneros, said demand within warehousing is outgrowing supply in the market.
“ACFS have a strategy to secure long term assets in high volume import and export hubs to support our customers growth,” he said.
ACFS Port Logistics Chairman, Terry Tzaneros, said the business is focused on growth.
“We are aggressively investing to ensure we are ahead of the market, with the provision of solutions and services,” he said.
