ACFS Port Logistics welcomed Maersk at its e-Depot in Port Botany, New South Wales, this week.
The visit included an exclusive walkthrough of ACFS Port Logistics’ container operations which showcased a firsthand look at the precision, care and commitment given to every container that enters the business’ facilities.
As part of an ongoing partnership between both organisations, ACFS Port Logistics took the opportunity to demonstrate the full lifecycle of Maersk’s iconic blue containers.
This demonstrated the rigorous processes and daily discipline that enable ACFS Port Logistics to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
“ACFS Port Logistics is extremely grateful for the longstanding relationship we have with Maersk, and we truly welcomed the opportunity to step through the detailed processes involved in handling Maersk equipment across our depots in Australia,” said ACF Port Logistics Director of Empty Depots Australia and New Zealand, Michael Tzaneros.
ACFS Port Logistics said a standout moment was the demonstration of its automated gate-to-gate system.
“[This] impressed the Maersk team with its real-time tracking, streamlined workflows and fast turnaround times,” ACFS Port Logistics said.
“It’s one of many ways ACFS continues to invest in innovation to drive unmatched operational excellence.
“At ACFS, we’re proud to support global partners like Maersk by delivering reliability, transparency and performance at every stage, helping power the supply chains that keep the world moving.”
