ATA Chief Executive, Stuart St Clair, will travel to China this week to address CIMC’s world forum about Australia’s innovative truck and trailer combinations.
Stuart will give a presentation to more than 350 senior managers from CIMC, transport companies and suppliers from all over the world. He will also tour CIMC trailer manufacturing facilities in southern and northern China, as well as visiting the CIMC headquarters.
“There is great international interest in how we are boosting the productivity and safety of our industry by using combinations like B-doubles, B-triples and BAB-quads,” Stuart said.
“My presentation will help CIMC and other suppliers understand where Australian trucking is headed – which will mean even better equipment on the market in the years to come.
“I’d like to thank CIMC for their support of the ATA, which enables us to continue our research and lobbying work to create a safer and more viable industry in Australia.”
