Bids for the ATA charity trailer built by CIMC Vehicle Australia will close soon, so don't forget to swing by the stand at the Brisbane Truck Show to have a look.
The trailer was donated to the ATA by CIMC Vehicle Australia, Marshall Lethlean Industries and a large number of OEM suppliers to support the on-going work of the Association and recently finalised a nine-day tour promotional tour around Australia before arriving in Brisbane.
ATA Chief Executive Stuart St Clair (pictured with CIMC Managing Director Hector Ojea) had driven the trailer through Warrnambool, Mount Gambier, Adelaide, Loxton, Mildura, Castlemaine and Wagga Wagga to showcase the vehicle and meet with local operators in the area.
“There was great interest in both the trailer and the technology incorporated in it,” St Clair said. “We feel there will be some keen bidding for the trailer before the tender closes at the Brisbane Truck Show.”
The successful bidder will be hosted at the ATA’s national event, Trucking Australia 2013, to be held in June on Hamilton Island.
