Forensic Engineer, Dr Peter Hart, of ARTSA-i, is running a heavy vehicle brake calculator training session next month.
It will be held 2 May 2025 – 9am-5pm – at VACC House 650 Victoria Street, North Melbourne.
“Participants will receive detailed information about heavy vehicle braking and how to use the new beta version of the ARTSA-i brake calculator which is free to use for accredited users that complete the training,” said Dr Hart.
“All attendees must bring a laptop that links to the classroom Wi-Fi.”
OEM personnel, vehicle technicians, engineers such as Accredited Vehicle Examiners (AVEs) and regulators are encouraged to register and attend.
“The training will be of great benefit to industry personnel involved in maintaining, developing and regulating heavy vehicle braking systems,” said Dr Hart.
