Western Australian transport equipment specialist G&A Lombardi has teamed up with truck sales juggernaut Brown & Hurley to bring the Roadwest brand to the east of Australia.
“The aim of the new collaboration is to launch the Roadwest product into the eastern states market. Brown & Hurley can boast a huge footprint supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a fantastic team of professionals,” commented Mike Dunbar, General Manager at G&A Lombardi – indicating that Roadwest aims to implement Performance-Based Standards for both existing and new models in 2015.
He added that linking with a “benchmark business” like Brown & Hurley would offer the market a complete truck and trailer package. “With a renewed range and implementation of pre-approved PBS equipment, we’re perfectly placed to take the east coast by storm.”
Dylan Hurley, who helms Brown & Hurley’s trailer division, said, “Roadwest has always been a well respected brand and our customers speak very highly of it. But with PBS now finding its way into the portfolio, it will appeal to an even wider audience and make it more applicable for the work we do over here.”
