Capral Aluminium recently announced the strategic acquisition of Victorian-based aluminium sales and distribution business, Aluminium Trade Centre (ATC).
The move signifies Capral’s dedication to growth and strengthening its position in the Australian aluminium industry.
According to Capral, the acquisition will enhance its ability to deliver a leading service to manufacturers within Victoria, ensuring their needs are met with greater efficiency and quality products.
“This strategic move marks a step forward in our commitment to providing unparalleled supply and distribution of extruded and rolled aluminium products to our valued customers in Victoria,” said Capral Aluminium CEO and Managing Director, Tony Dragicevich.
“The addition of ATC’s operations bolsters our geographic reach, increasing our presence in this key market.
“This expansion will enable us to serve Victorian customers more efficiently and effectively.”
The acquisition also reflects Capral’s strategic commitment to strengthening its national footprint of aluminium distribution outlets.
It follows the two additional aluminium centres added to Capral’s national network last year – one in Queensland and one in New South Wales.
Now, ATC’s two sites located in Carrum Downs and Nobel Park will join the expanding Capral network.
“The addition of the two ATC sites in Victoria further strengthens our market position, and we will continue looking for additional growth opportunities across the country,” Dragicevich said.
