Cargotec Australia installs Neville Green as new Hiab Director

Load-handling expert, Cargotec Australia, has announced the appointment of Neville Green to the position of Hiab Director.

According to Cargotec, Green brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in senior management, dealer development, aftermarket, finance and sales operations to the table – as well a strong client-first approach.

“To truly understand and value the needs of a customer you must develop a consultative sales approach – if you can gain a deep understanding of a customer’s business needs, you can then tailor a solution that the customer recognises they need in order to succeed,” Green said. “It is only then that you create a situation where a customer is asking you to solve their problems – you are no longer trying to push a solution.”
