Cleanaway has announced its successful acquisition of Contract Resources Group Pty Ltd.
Contract Resources is a leading provider of specialised industrial services for the oil and gas sector across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
The strategic acquisition is a key part of Cleanaway’s Blueprint 2030 strategy.
It is expected to assist Cleanaway in growing its capabilities, expanding its footprint and delivering more value to customers and shareholders.
“Contract Resources is a highly strategic acquisition that when combined with our Industrial Services business, creates a leading provider of integrated, specialised technical services to customers in the oil and gas, resources and industrial sectors,” said Cleanaway CEO and Managing Director, Mark Schubert.

According to Cleanaway, the acquisition is also about building a stronger, more integrated business that’s ready for the future.
