Real-time temperature specialist, Cooltrax, has appointed Peter Goulis as its new General Manager.
Goulis was formerly the company’s Global Sales Manager, but was promoted to GM in August. “I’ll be handling the operating side of the business in Australia and globally, while liaising with our American partners,” said Goulis.
“Growing the Cooltrax name is obviously priority number one. We certainly set our goals extremely high, especially when it comes to providing cutting edge temperature controlled technology.
According to Goulis, one of his first tasks will be to increase resources, particularly interstate. “We will be looking at employing a Queensland regional manager in the coming months, as well as adding more sales support staff to support our national network,” he said.
“The important aspects for us though is continuing to grow our market share, listening to what the industry wants in terms of adapting to new technology such as reducing fuel consumption and producing a product that is environmentally sustainable.”
Goulis added: “We don’t just want to be known as a research and development brand, we want to be an entity that thrives alongside all transport and logistic commercial businesses.”
