Fleet solutions company, Euroscan, has established a service base in Australia to serve the Asia-Pacific region.
Head of technical operations in the Asia-Pacific office, Shiraz Gulamali, says that many Australian-based transport companies are beginning to “realise the benefits, and the competitive necessity, of an accurate temperature monitoring and tracking system.”
According to Euroscan, the company’s presence in Australia will capitalise on its global track record, which includes the monitoring of more than 60 per cent of all McDonald’s food dispatched worldwide.
Now located at Ormeau in Queensland, the Australian office joins the Euroscan international network, which also operates out of the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom and North America. The company specialises in cold chain temperature and monitoring system for refrigerated transport and cold rooms systems. Euroscan’s clients include Carrier, Lummikko, Mitsubishi Heavy Duty Industries and Thermo King.
