FBT Transwest been re-certified with ISO 9001 for a further three years – an achievement which demonstrates the fleet’s commitment to operational excellence.
ISO 9001 is a globally-recognised quality management system standard which helps organisations improve their performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate their commitment to quality.
The standard was designed to help businesses ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while complying with statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
It is also the most widely used quality management standard in the world.
FBT Transwest being re-certified demonstrates the company’s dedication to consistently delivering high-quality services.
“This is a significant accomplishment and reflects the hard work, dedication and commitment of our team in maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence in our processes,” the company said in a statement online.
“This accreditation is testament to our continuous efforts to improve our quality management systems and deliver value through providing services that meet both customer and regulatory requirements.”
