Trailer manufacturer Freighter has presented Paul Kane, owner of Victorian transport company Kane Transport with a Victory Vegas 8-Ball motorcycle after his winning entry was drawn from Freighter’s ‘Win a Victory Motorcycle’ promotion.
“We wanted to give something back,” Rod Cunningham, Freighter General Manager, said. “We recognise that a large proportion of this industry is made up of small operators to whom a new trailer is a significant investment.
“Combined with the tough conditions of the last few years, we wanted to give someone an extra reason to smile. I think that idea was reflected in the number of entries we received, literally hundreds over a three-and-a-half month period.”
Freighter drew the winner of the promotion on 30 October, following a lengthy competition period where each customer who placed a Freighter trailer order was eligible to win.
