Victoria-based transport company, Guru Hundal Freightlines, has acquired Nansor Freightlines.
The strategic move marks a significant milestone in the business’ mission to build one of Australia’s most trusted, and customer-focused freight networks.
Guru Hundal Freightlines has effectively expanded its national footprint through the acquisition while strengthening its fleet and operational capacity.
“Nansor Freightlines has built a strong reputation for service and reliability for 40 years – and we’re excited to integrate their strengths into our growing network,” Guru Hundal Freightlines said.
“We welcome Wayne Somerville and his team of dedicated drivers as two great Australian companies work together to provide the best service across Australia.”
Nansor Freightlines will continue to trade as usual and operate as a separate division of Guru Hundal Freightlines.
In other news, the Brown and Hurley Group has announced the opening of a brand-new branch at the Port of Brisbane.
