Krueger has announced the appointment of Steven Teofilo to the role of COO.
The promotion recognises Teofilo’s outstanding contributions to the company and his exceptional leadership in driving innovation and operational excellence.
He was previously Krueger’s Director of Engineering and Supply Chain as of August 2021.
“Steven’s proven leadership, exceptional project management skills and unwavering commitment to driving excellence within our organisation have been instrumental in our achievements,” said Krueger CEO, Kevin Dennis.
“Notable accomplishments include securing a grant from the Victorian State Government, overseeing the installation of our laser cutter and leading our automation project.
“These milestones highlight Steven’s ability to expand our manufacturing capabilities and operations model.”
As COO, Teofilo will continue to oversee Krueger’s supply chain and engineering teams while assuming overarching responsibility for manufacturing operations.
He will collaborate closely with Krueger General Manager – Manufacturing, David Grant, and the manufacturing team to ensure Krueger maintains its reputation for delivering high-quality innovative transport solutions.
In his new role, Teofilo will also work closely with Dennis and the leadership team to align the company’s strategic goals.
