Fleet logistics specialist Linfox recently helped snack foods giant Arnott’s obtain six specialised dual-load trailers for its Perth operation.
“Linfox recently commissioned the manufacture of six specialised dual-load trailers, capable of transporting 48 pallets per trip,” said Steven Paine, Linfox’s Fast-moving consumer goods National Manager.
“The dual-load trailers will offer increased efficiencies, allowing the transport of two orders to two distinct locations in one trip.”
The trailers will assist Arnott’s operation at Linfox’s 1,000m2 cool room in Canningvale, Perth, which was recently installed to accommodate Arnott’s unique inventory requirements.
Since 2004, Linfox has provided a one-stop-shop supply chain network for Arnott’s, managing five distribution centres across Australia.
