Bulk Transport Equipment (BTE) has gained a stainless reputation for the design of strong and well-engineered bulk transport equipment. After a successful 2012, the Seaford-based company has now turned its attention to expansion by adding a whole new business unit to the mix, Ferrari Hyva Victoria.
After representing the Hyva Pacific brand for more than six years, BTE has entered a new business venture with Dandenong-based Ferrari truck crane dealer, AHS Victoria, to form ‘Ferrari Hyva Victoria’ at the start of 2013.
“As part of the Australian network of authorised Hyva Pacific distributors, we have been selling and maintaining the Hyva hook and skip lifter equipment over the past six years. The Ferrari cranes, on the other hand, is the result of a partnership that we undertook with AHS dating back to last year,” says Alan Griffiths, Director of BTE.
“However, we always knew that to maximise the product ranges of both labels, we needed to unite both brands under the one roof. After six months of negotiations, AHS would eventually agree to join the BTE umbrella and that’s how Ferrari Hyva Victoria was born. Our clients can now enjoy a whole new level of flexibility whether it be a hook-lift, crane truck or a trailer from BTE- plus we can now offer even more support and range to the Ferrari and Hyva portfolio.”
