Dhollandia Australia has reached an agreement with transport refrigeration expert, Transcold Group, who will now represent the tail lift specialist in New Zealand. The partnership came into effect on 9 October 2013.
“The strategy behind this decision is to improve business efficiency and strengthen our customer service to tail lift operators in the New Zealand market,” said Dhollandia Australia’s General Manager, Jeff Aitken. “The partnership is our first entry into New Zealand and we are extremely excited with the prospects of being represented in such an important and competitive market.”
Established in 1976, the Transcold Group is an authorised service agent in New Zealand for Carrier Transicold and has branches in Auckland and Christchurch, including a 24/7 support network. The company can now add Dhollandia to its list. “They are a great fit for us and vice-versa, and we look forward to the opportunity to cooperate with such an established brand,” Aitken added.
Transcold Director, Chris Needham, was equally excited about the new partnership. “We welcome the opportunity to represent the Dhollandia name in the New Zealand, which will open up a wealth of opportunities and going forward, enables us to increase our share in the tail lift market. It’s a win-win situation for both companies,” he said.
