Rentco COO, Carey Marshall, has announced his departure from the business.
Marshall first joined Rentco in November of 2023 as National Operations Manager.
He served as General Manager from January 2024 before stepping into the role of COO in June this year.
Marshall’s departure from Rentco follows the announcement of a new CEO last month.
“With the appointment of a new CEO and a refreshed organisational structure, the business is well positioned for its next exciting chapter,” he said.
“I’m proud to have contributed and look forward to seeing the many possibilities that lie ahead for the business.
“My sincere thanks to the leadership team and colleagues across the country for their collaboration, energy and support.
“I wish Mark Kirkpatrick and the team every success as they continue to build on Rentco’s strong foundation.”
Marshall also took the time to thank Rentco founder and former CEO, Bob Shier, for welcoming him to the business.
“A special thank you to Bob Shier for the opportunity and trust back in 2023,” he said.
“It’s been a privilege to be part of the journey.
“As for me, I’m excited about what comes next: the opportunity to help shape and grow another great business and to continue doing what I’m most passionate about – building high-performing teams and driving operational and commercial excellence.”
