The Sydney Roosters referred to ACFS Port Logistics for an urgent freight task.
The transport and logistics company engaged linehaul provider, Paramount Freightlines, for the job which involved assisting with the relocation of player equipment, training gear, personal essential items and sponsor signage.
The equipment was reportedly loaded at Sydney Roosters’ headquarters on an A-trailer, followed by a second stop at the Central Coast for sponsor signage on the B-trailer for delivery to the sunshine coast bubble.
ACFS Port Logistics CEO, Arthur Tzaneros, and Paramount Freightlines owner, Blake Milford, managed the job personally.
The delivery was completed on 18 July 2021.
“The coordination and delivery of cargo for the Roosters was imperative to the club, players and staff whilst they make the ultimate sacrifice of leaving home to continue the competition whilst they live in the NRL bubble,” ACFS Port Logistics said in a statement.
Earlier this month, ACFS Port Logistics announced an acquisition.
