According to SAF-Holland, its large and continually growing customer base is the best measure of its worldwide success. In Australia, the company remains focussed on maintaining its position as a leader in innovation, design and ground-breaking technologies that are setting new benchmarks within the transport industry.
To allow the company to better support its products in the marketplace, SAF-Holland understands the importance of having a diverse nationwide service centre network. During 2010, the company focused its efforts on expanding its service centre national coverage, leading to the establishment of 11 Authorised Service Centres throughout the country:
• Integrated Fuel Services, Bibra Lake, Western Australia
• Chassis Line, Toowoomba, Queensland
• Big Wheels, Rocklea, Queensland
• Hi-Torque, Dubbo, New South Wales
• Fleet-Pro, Newcastle, New South Wales
• Fleet-Pro, Prestons, New South Wales
• Johnson Truck & Bus, Mildura, Victoria
• Graham Thomson Motors, Shepparton, Victoria
• Gippsland Truck Mechanics, Leongatha, Victoria
• Transport Preventative Maintenance, Williamstown, Victoria
• AJL Heavy Equipment, Wivenhoe, Tasmania
Each of SAF-Holland’s Authorised Service Centres are backed by the Technical Department which is located at the head office in Melbourne and staffed by an engineering manager, a technical services and warranty manager, technical services supervisor, warranty administrator and a brake specialist – product manager.
SAF-Holland’s Authorised Service Centres are equipped to service and maintain SAF-Holland’s entire product range – from trailer axles and suspensions, Holland and GF fifth wheels and kompensators, to landing legs, couplings and kingpins. The Service Centres are effectively a one-stop shop dedicated to servicing and maintaining both fleets and small operators, assisting with spare part sales, as well as assisting with technical enquiries on any SAF-Holland product. In addition, the Service Centres also offer complementary first 5000km services on the Intra suspension product range; and are the company’s official warranty repair centres.
SAF-Holland Service Centres can provide prompt response timeframes, 24/7 assistance in most of the cases, quality repair services by highly trained and experienced technicians, readily available spare parts, and aftermarket technical support services.
During 2011-2012, SAF-Holland will continue to strategically place several Authorised Service Centres throughout Australia, with ten more Services Centres scheduled to be established before the end of 2011.
“Our company is extremely passionate about delivering customer satisfaction from the initial purchase to aftermarket and customer support,” says Engineering Manager of SAF-Holland Australia, Nemanja Miletic. “At SAF-Holland, we believe in selecting excellent Service Centre Partners that deliver high quality service to their customers and have the same company objectives and aspirations. This foundation of business partnerships is one of the key factors which differentiate our brand name from the competition.”
The next SAF-Holland Authorised Service Centre to be established will be Southside Agencies in Lismore, New South Wales. This partnership will officially commence on 24 March.
