Victorian-based trailer manufacturer, Titan Custom Trailers, has been appointed exclusive representative of the AHT tail lift brand in Australia.
Part of the Burdett Group, Titan was granted exclusive distribution and marketing rights for the Austrian brand, which has gained a solid repute in Australia’s commercial road transport industry over the past years.
“We already had some experience in working with a European brand so we were convinced we were the right company to represent AHT in Australia,” said Burder Group’s General Manager, Adam Fendyk.
“They believe that it’s not the client who has to adjust to the product, but the product that has to evolve to suit the customer’s individual needs. For a market like Australia, that’s very important.”
According to Fendyk, the wide range of AHT tail lifts available will able to cater to just about any need in the local market – from price-sensitive distribution work to high-end speciality equipment.
“We don’t just import a European product, take it out of the box and hope it will stand the test of time,” he added. “We carry a full inventory and offer a local fitting service as well, all in conjunction with a full warranty and back-up service Australia-wide. We can also customise the product according to customer specification, although it does come as a very good package already.”
