Toll Group has announced the extension of a multi-year strategic partnership with global clothing company, PVH.
The milestone follows a three-year journey to automate PVH’s fulfilment operations, transitioning from multiple sites with highly manual processes to a single, purpose-built, scalable automated model.
“This is a moment of real pride for our teams and our partnership with PVH,” said Toll Group President Retail and Consumer, Nick Vrckovski.
“Built on trust and collaboration, we have reimagined the operating model to embed productivity, safety and consistency, setting a new benchmark for retail fulfilment in Australia.”
PVH Australia and New Zealand CEO and President, Craig Barnett, said the milestone reflects the strength of the collaboration between both organisations.
“This is a complete transformation,” he said.
“It takes persistence, resilience and strong partnership to deliver something of this scale, and I am incredibly proud of what our teams have achieved together.”
The solution integrates goods-to-person technology, automated packing, e-commerce and end-to-end process optimisation to improve throughput, accuracy and consistency, while supporting safer and more responsive service delivery.
The automation capability forms part of Toll’s broader $250 million Kemps Creek retail fulfilment centre, scheduled to officially open in July 2026.
