QLD-based heavy vehicle equipment supplier and distributor, Truckline, has announced two new senior appointments, one a newly created role, highlighting the company’s continued growth.
Truckline has appointed Brad Jarvis as its new National Accounts Manager and promoted Alan Olive to Territory Business Manager – QLD and NT.
Truckline General Manager, Mick Henderson, said the addition of a national accounts manager is part of a broader strategy to deliver the best possible service and outcomes to larger, national clients.
“We recognise that some of our larger customers have very specific needs and challenges within their businesses, and [Jarvis] has joined us to champion the process of helping those customers grow and thrive,” said Henderson.
“[Jarvis’] years of experience in the industry and in particular, more recently in a similar role, put him in a great position to not only look after our larger accounts, but also mentor our sales force to ensure that all of our customers get the same tailored service experience.”
Henderson has also congratulated Olive on his promotion. “[Olive] truly knows our business from every possible angle – having trained as a mechanic and then crossed to the customer-facing side, coupled with his long tenure – [Olive] optimises the Truckline vision of finding the right quality part, at the right price, as fast as possible for our customers.”
