Integrated transport and logistics company. Wiseway, has appointed a new board member as its Non-Executive Director.
Astrid Raetze has accepted the position, effective 11 April 2022.
Raetze has over 20 years of experience across the law, banking, and fintech sectors, with experience as a partner at professional services consultancy KPMG, partner and Global Head of FinTech at multinational law firm Baker McKenzie, and as a Director at a number of unlisted entities.
